No. Your data stays yours. We set up AI providers on business or enterprise terms where your inputs aren't used for model training, turn off data retention wherever the provider allows it, and document which providers and settings are used, so your security team can review them.
Yes, and we design for it from the start. That means keeping data in the region you need (for example EU or UAE hosting), using providers that offer the agreements your regulator expects (such as a BAA for HIPAA or a DPA for GDPR), keeping personal data out of prompts where it isn't needed, and putting role-based access and audit logs on every AI action.
