Privacy notice
This notice covers enquiries through the TechTose website. Project access and client data handling are agreed separately before an engagement.
Who handles your enquiry
TechTose Software Solutions Private Limited, Indore, India, uses the details you submit to understand your request and respond to you.
What you share
The form asks where you are with your app, your name, work email and a message. The tools you built with, company and app or repo link are optional. The page address is included so we know where the request came from. Please do not send credentials, private customer data or confidential source code in this form.
Form delivery and booking
When enabled, our enquiry form sends your submission to Web3Forms for processing and delivery to our inbox. The service may process technical information to deliver messages and prevent abuse. See Web3Forms' privacy policy for its practices. When it is not enabled, the form opens a prefilled email in your own email app, and nothing is sent until you send it.
After you send a request, this browser keeps a small record of it on your device for one day (the reference, a partly hidden email address, where you said you are, any app link and when you sent it) so you can see your receipt again and so the same request isn't sent twice. It isn't sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it.
If you follow a Cal.com booking link, your booking is handled on Cal.com and by the connected calendar service. Review Cal.com's privacy policy before providing booking information.
How we use the information
We use enquiry information to assess the request, correspond with you and discuss possible work. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Relevant conversations may become part of project records if we work together.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information by replying to our response or using the contact form. Records may need to be retained where legal or contractual obligations apply. Do not include sensitive information in a privacy request.
Browser preferences
The website remembers your light or dark theme preference in your browser. This release does not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting, form and booking providers may keep operational records under their own policies.
