Getting started
Is the Scan really free?
Yes. You get a written report in 48 hours and keep it either way. No payment details, no call needed to start, and if you don't need us, we'll say so.
Which product should I start with?
If you're not sure, start with the free Scan. The report ends with a prioritised fix plan, and we'll tell you which product fits, or whether you need one at all.
Do I have to buy the next step?
No. Each product is scoped and priced on its own. A Scan doesn't commit you to a Blueprint, and a build doesn't commit you to Run It.
Does the Blueprint count toward the build?
Yes. The Blueprint is fully credited if you go ahead with Harden or Build Sprint, so planning first never costs you twice.
How pricing works
Why "starting from"?
Every app is different. The starting price is the floor; the exact quote follows a short call and is fixed before work starts.
What makes a quote higher than the starting price?
Mostly size and moving parts: how many user flows, roles, integrations and data sources there are, and how much needs to change. The Scan or Blueprint shows this before you're quoted.
Do you bill by the hour?
No. Every engagement has a fixed scope and price agreed in writing.
Is the AI our agents use billed on top?
No. The time and AI our agents use to build is inside the fixed price. It never shows up as a separate line or a usage bill from us.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The written quote states what's included. Anything outside it is agreed in writing, with its price, before the work starts.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars.

Changes are agreed in writing, with their effect on price and timeline, before the extra work starts.
How do I know Meter is worth it?
The review comes first. You get a written savings plan showing what can change before anything is built, so you decide with the plan in front of you.

What happens to the code if we stop working together?
Nothing changes hands, because nothing was ever ours. The code and accounts are yours from day one.
