From Claude-built dashboards to a production GTM automation platform

Two go-to-market founders proved their idea with dashboards built in Claude. TechTose is turning that prototype into a production platform that automates their manual GTM work.

Confidential by agreementThis is real work we're doing now. The client's name, product and code stay private under our NDA, and we protect every client the same way. Why no name?

The client: a go-to-market (GTM) company

Our client is a go-to-market (GTM) company founded by two co-founders, each with 15+ years in go-to-market. They started where more and more founders now start: in Claude. Using the Claude chat app, they built their own HTML dashboards and saw the idea work.

Why Claude-built dashboards weren't a product yet

A working dashboard isn't a product. Behind the Claude-built screens there was no architecture, no database and no way to run it reliably as a real product. Much of the founders' go-to-market work was also still manual, and that is exactly the work they want the product to take off their plate.

Turning a Claude prototype into a production GTM automation platform

TechTose is turning the Claude-built prototype into a production platform that automates the founders' manual go-to-market work. That means giving the idea the architecture, the database and the automation it needs to run as a real product, while keeping what the founders proved in their dashboards.

Where the GTM automation platform stands

The platform is being built now, and much of it is in testing with the client.

Why we're not sharing details yet

This project is still being built, and much of it is in testing with the client. Until it ships and the client approves, we don't publish features, screens or results. That protects the client's head start, and it's how we'd treat your product too. When it's finished, this page becomes a full case study.

Why the client and product aren't named

Many companies hire us to build the product their business depends on. Before we see a line of code, they ask us to keep it private, and we agree. So this page describes the engagement and the problem it's solving, but not who it's for.

How we handle confidential work

  • We sign your NDA before you share code, data or plans.
  • Your code and accounts are yours. We work inside them, and our access ends when the work does.
  • We never name a client, product or person publicly without written permission.
  • We describe the work, not the client, as we have on this page.

Questions about this GTM automation project

Why isn't the client named?

We signed an NDA, so the client's name, its product and its code stay confidential. We protect every client's work the same way. If you'd like to know more, book a call and we'll share what the NDA allows.

Why aren't you showing what you're building?

Because it isn't finished. Features and results go on this page once the product ships and the client approves.

Can you take a prototype built in Claude chat to production?

Yes, this engagement is exactly that. The founders proved the idea with Claude-built HTML dashboards, and TechTose is building the architecture, database and automation it needs to run as a real product.

Does TechTose work with go-to-market and sales teams?

Yes. This project is for a go-to-market company whose founders want their manual work automated. Most projects start with a free Scan of your app, code or idea, which comes back as a written report in 48 hours.
