Feature Overview: Adaptive Learning Paths dynamically adjust the curriculum based on the learner’s performance and engagement, ensuring the content complexity and style match the learner's evolving needs. Technical Implementation: We employed a reinforcement learning approach, using Python’s Keras library with a TensorFlow backend, to develop models that adapt in real-time. These models optimise learning paths by predicting and reacting to a student’s capability and learning speed, ensuring maximum efficacy and retention.

Smart Assessment

Feature Overview: The Smart Assessment tool not only grades assessments with precision but also analyses results to provide personalised feedback and targeted learning resources. It recognizes patterns in student errors, offering insights that go beyond right or wrong, helping to build a deeper understanding of subject matter.

Utilising TensorFlow and a custom-trained model on a dataset of thousands of student interactions, we implemented a deep learning algorithm capable of understanding student responses. The system recommends resources such as videos and practice questions through a sophisticated recommendation engine, which uses Apache Mahout for collaborative filtering techniques.

Real-Time Doubt Clearance Bot

Feature Overview: This bot provides instant clarifications to student inquiries, simulating a virtual tutor accessible 24/7. It supports a range of subjects and adapts to each student’s learning curve, ensuring that the help provided evolves with the student’s growing knowledge.

Technical Implementation: Powered by GPT-4, our bot was fine-tuned with domain-specific data encompassing over 50,000 problems and textbooks. Hosted on AWS, the bot utilizes vector space models to understand and retrieve accurate, contextually relevant answers from a Neo4j graph database, which efficiently manages complex connections between data points, enhancing the relevance and speed of responses.
